Cancellation Policy
When you do not show for your scheduled appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours advance notice, I have no time to fill that space. This is disrespectful to my other clients, me, and my family, as sometimes I come in just for your appointment. Therefore, my cancellation and “no show” policy is as follows:
You must provide at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellations.
If you have purchased one of my packages, my Pelvic Wellness Programs, or have signed up for my Membership Program and fail to provide 24 or more hours advance notice of cancellation, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you forfeit that visit.
NO SHOWS: If you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment (a “no show”) you will be charged for the missed appointment and all future appointments will have to be paid for in advance.
Refund Policy
I understand how important time is, yours and mine, therefore no refunds will given unless 24 hours notice of cancellation is given. When clients don’t show or cancel late, it deprives another from getting healing they need and deprives me of my income.
Payment for my Pelvic Wellness Programs (including my Holistic Fertility Program), packages, or Membership Program are non-refundable.
Class Refund Policy
Cancellations for classes/courses must be done 48 hours in advance.
This allows me time to contact others who may be on the waiting list. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your fee will be moved to a future class or refunded.
If the cancellation is less than 48 hours but before 24 hours, you’ll be refunded 50% of the fee. Less than 24 hours notice, no refunds will be given.
